While we facilitate the transfer of query results between your databases and spreadsheet applications, we do not store the actual query results on our servers beyond what is necessary to complete the transaction. The Windows server agent installed on your network performs the database queries and compression locally.

Query Streams offers tiered subscription plans with different data usage allowances. We monitor the amount of data transferred through our middleware server for billing purposes. Average query sizes typically range from 2MB to 10MB, with some larger queries potentially reaching 30MB to 50MB.

Each subscription tier includes a monthly data allowance. Additional data usage beyond your plan's allowance may result in additional charges or reduced service until the next billing cycle, depending on your subscription terms.

Security Measures

Query Streams employs industry-standard security measures to protect data in transit between your spreadsheet applications, our middleware server, and your databases. We use secure websocket connections to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Our Windows server agent, installed on your network, handles database authentication and query execution locally, minimizing exposure of your database credentials and query results to external systems.
